The room was clean. Had a good Hot Breakfast including cooked oatmeal with topping choices. Had turkey sausages and eggs and potatoes. Waffles-cereals-GF cereal and almond milk and fruit choices and coffee/tea/juices and yogurt. Blueberry muffins-toast etcetc…Nice choices! The Pool was clean and stayed open to 10 pm— temperature wasn’t too cold -1 or 2 degrees warmer would of been nice. Had towels at the pool and deck chairs and tables. Was warm sitting around the pool. Staff were friendly …gave room towels/toiletries at front desk when asked. Liked how staff cleaned the hallways floors and windows. Beds were clean and comfortable and has fridge and microwave. AC worked well. Nice closet to hang coats Liked had a luggage rack to keep suitcase off the floor Would stay here again and the price was reasonable.

Pristine and ship-shape maintained. A 5 star hotel rating! Love the filtered drinking water faucet in the bathroom. The General Manager and Kayla (Front desk) were very accommodating. My top floor room was very quiet. Rooms 339/340/341 are quiet rooms. Door Dash deliveries were superb. 2 annoyances: Slamming doors day and night. Food deliveries had to be picked up at the front desk even tho’ camera monitors were in the hallways etc. Food deliveries by a reputable company dropped off at the room door and leave should be no issue. Will definitely stay at this Best Western Plus during major storms evacuations bar none.

Staff were incredibly friendly, the Manager named Tuesday, especially. The facility was very well kept, the pool was up and running which was so nice, since I've had bad experiences in the past. The hotel was very clean and all around just a wonderful place to stay. A lot of hotels will say they provide many things, but this place not only provided what we wanted, but it was all available and accessible while we were there, so the following through was really wonderful!!

This has been our go to hotel every summer that we come to town for CountryFest and Neon Nights. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are all friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff and breakfast attendant. I needed towels and when they were out, a very friendly young lady from the laundry room personally brought them to my room. They are what makes it a great stay!!!

Our room was not cleaned when we got in it, called the front desk and they immediately changed our room and gave us a free gift. The bed hasn’t been made ( no sheets or blankets) no towels and the trash hasn’t been taken out. I’d say it was just and over sight! We absolutely loved the room. And they were amazing about dealing with it
